So...

At the end, I want to know the veracity of the rumours about EG spin off. It's a fact? It's fan art? It's fan art to see the reaction of the fandom to see if is feasible to make it a fact? Anyway, we're glad people likes very much our versions, no matter what.

We sure have the advantage of being non official, so we can deal with the possibilities in a more wide way than the official studio cause, well, you all know the rage generated from the different opinions about humans in Equestria, Alicorn Twi, some fan names etc. That's why we are surprised about it.

Anyway, the previous things make a dent in the spin off series... Things that, obviously, are generally disliked and make this an incomplete thing in our opinion.

1-Furry features: Let's see, there are many depictions among the fanbase. Giving them a canon human skin color could cause... well, I can't even imagine the shit storm and the soccermoms racism arguments. Just take Twi as an example, she looks cute with olive skin an we think it fits her very well. That's a fact very accepted in the fandom but, just take a look in 4chan when a human olive skin Twi appears. I think I made my point. For that reason they better decide to give them furry features like their pony colors (Furr I think), ears and tails.

2-Ignoring race features: Okay, why the racism, fandom? I mean... wings are okay cause they're beautiful as an angel? but... no horns? It takes me time to notice they were removed in the human designs that are around the web. I know, horns are very related to demons and devils, they "look bad", "they're wrong". We think is a double moral to say it looks good on ponies bud bad on humanoids... but well, wings, they look good on both. It makes the whole thing illogic, they can even keep the tails but the horns simply disappear? It doesn't compute. From our point of view, if they gonna do something about the race features, they should leave all of them in their place or simply take out all of them. No discrimination. Easy.

3-Spin off thing: Okay, it's obvious. It could cause a so catastrophic impact so is better to make it clear. It couldn't be an arc story in the life of our beloved mane 6, no... we see it more like a consolation series for those who liked to see them in human form. I mean, it could be just an episode were Twilight makes something wrong and the main cast became their human version. I think it doesn't need a whole spin off for that but... going back to the beginning, the shit storm could be bad.

4-Edit: Okay... this was unexpected... and is out of contest


I know that, like MLP, a series that no one though could be so Universally accepted, just like that, we should wait and see without any predisposition but, anyway, there are some factors that makes the official EG series lacking of many good things.
